In the year 2050, after years of enviromental and military destruction, much of the population of North America live in one enourmous City that people call The Town. Because of the size a group of men know as The Leaders have taken compleate control of all of the industry and important locations. They rule with an iron fist and are not afraid of using murder or turture to keep control. The town is basically split into three areas, simly known as Upper City, Mid City and The Fringe. The Upper City is for the rich, Mid City for everyone else and the Fringe is just that, the underground and criminal area where anything can be bought for a price.
