Hi, my name is Nick. Nick Carter. This is my story about when my life became exciting. Now, it might start off slow, but I'm confident that you'll make the right choice for what I should do. This is in first person and you'll be playing as me. Good luck!

September 23rd, the First day of School.

It's my second year at this school, so I'm a sophomore. I've gotten used to the size of the school, the new people, stuff like that. It's all pretty standard after you've been there for a year. But this year, I've moved up. I can finally look down on a big group of students. No, that doesn't mean I'm going to bully them out of their lunch money. It just feels nice to have a sense of power. And, after seeing a few freshmen outside of the school talking, I wonder if I ever acted like that.

Seriously, I don't know if my generation of freshmen were like this, but these ones are over-the-top annoying. They're talking about Black Ops, Cyber Sex, and a bunch of other stuff. And I think these freshmen are also shorter than my freshmen group, but maybe it's just me getting taller.

Well, I guess I should tell you how I look, not that it matters very much. I guess I'm an average guy, kind of lucky I didn't get any acne or anything like that. Maybe it's because I don't like fast food? Oh well. I'm a decently fit guy, I can lift about 90 in my school's weight room. I have black hair, kind of short, I guess. I don't like hair in my eyes, so I make sure to either cut my bangs short, or push them to the side. I'm about 6 feet tall, but I might be exaggerating on that one. And I usually just wear flannel shirts or sweaters and some nice jeans. I tend to break shoes a lot, so I practically get a new pair every month.

But, my appearance isn't that important. In fact, I'm not really the focus of this little story. Someone else is. Oh, I don't want to spoil anything, you'll see.

Anyways, now I'm at school. It's a decent school, I guess. Nothing special about it. There's a few juniors and seniors out by the side of the school smoking. Yeah, that never gets old. So, I walk into the school, take the main staircase up to my homeroom class and plop down in my seat, in the corner by the window.

There aren't many other people here. A few dotted here and there. Of course, I end up waiting there for a few minutes before the other students and the teacher all file in.

Now, all of this seems standard, right? Well, here's when things start to get different for me.

And it all happened when the teacher brought in a new student.
