After the initial outbreak Umbrella scrambled all their resources to recover the G-virus one of their top scientists,William Birkin, has been working on. Not only they sent in one of their best U.B.C.F. team they also sent in one of their new Tyrants know as Tyrant-00 commonly refered to as Mr X.
Mr X is smarter than the rest the Tyrants (with exception to Nemesis) and also more humaniod looking. He is also incredibly strong and is able to tear an car to shreds in secounds.
