With a belly full of food and a new map you head out into the wilderness. After hiring a skimobile you drive nearly two hours out of town to the closest point on the map. It's a nice sheltered area with a fresh water river running right through it and trees on either side. The tall trees provided ample cover from the snow and the river provided fresh water. Also, there was evidence of animals tracks along the banks of the river and the sound of birds could be heard in the trees. It seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't.
Where do you set up camp:
- You decide to set up camp along the river bank
- You decide to set up camp a short walk from the river
