The next thing you know, you wake up and are greeted by a big man in what appears to be a military officer uniform of some kind. He says something you can't quite make out (you're still drowsy) and manages some sort of salute to you. He then proceeds to speak to you in a foreign language that you can for some reason understand. "Greeting Mein Fuhrer. We just pulled in a new load of 'rats' last night. Another failed attempt to escape Buchenwald. Normally we'd let the officers handle it, but seeing as it's your birthday, we thought we'd ask you. What do you suppose we do with the animals?"
