This is, if the story were a game, the selection page. It is not. The monster you choose is the one you will be in, possess, and if it dies, you will be subjected to any pain your host is subjected to, even after clinical death, until it is impossible to feel such pain. Please remember that your opponents, and perhaps you yourself, are beasts.
