You rub the burn mark on your face in a moment of oblivion. It is almost as if you have been given a gift by the government. You have permission to kill your tormentors without consequence. After gazing out onto the entire island from the cave you have taken shelter in you look into the bag given to you. Inside is water, food and your tool of justice. A hatchet. You smile and see your horrid reflection in it. You'd like to get out and start killing right away but you notice something else in the bag.
Along with a list of danger zones and a spare earpeice for announcements, you find a large peice of paper giving the geographical locations of the island. You look for your position in the mountains and decide that with the entire island before your very eyes, you could make a more detailed map.
