When I was 7 or 8, people, while not liking me doing something like this, did not seem to take it overly seriously, other than to lecture me on why a young lady should wear panties, and should probably not hang from monkey bars in a skirt.
When I was 13, I got yelled at pretty good for doing this.
Wonder what people would say if I did this now, at age 24...
