-	Diaphenes was born translucent. He wasn't completely see-through, but he wasn't completely visible either. He was born in the city of Athens. He was the son of Selcareh who was the son of Zeus. being the grandson of Zeus he inherited his grandfathers strength. Now having godly strength he was able to do a many great things. some of which are the time he joined the great ships the Gogonauts in their adventure of the Golden Blanket. The Birth of a Hero

You are born to Zeus and a mortal woman. Hera, Zeus's [other] wife, is jealous of the mortal woman, and sends two snakes to kill you.
