Shaking your head clearing it you sit up in the bed and give your eyes a thorough rub before sliding from its edge planting your feet firmly on the ground. Even with your gently movements you turn around to see Carla's green sleep filled eyes wandering over your body, it takes her a moment to remember what happened the night before as a flush of anger comes to cheeks.

Taking a hold of the iron chains you place them lightly on the table with a metallic cluck leaving Carla to hiss softly as she presses her back against the head board of the bed.

"The night is over, I believe or deal is done with. At least till tomorrow night, if you so wish to do it again."

"There we go."

You give her hands a soft pat but Carla rears them away her eyes falling onto the leather strips which normally keep her legs bound together. Taking notice of the movement you shake your head back and forth with a dismissive manner.

"No, not today. If you walk with those all day your legs will with chaff, and possibility become infected."

You shrug gently before placing the leather strips into a small packet of a bag.

Arriving in the central market of the town your eyes gaze around the crowd of people looking for no one in particular, at yous side is Carla, her iron chains binding her hands together while another chain is connected to the chains in your hands letting you guide her around. Carla is amazed to see so many slaves in a village of this size, almost as everyone here has one of their own.

"Is it like this everywhere in these lands?"

She questions through the up roar of the market.

Entering the stone building you are welcomed by the sweet scent of spiced apples and alcohol causing your mouths to water heavily.

"Just a business like any other, it is the owner I am interested in."

Feeling the coming question you raise your hand to silence Carla leaving her to hiss under her breath. Turning around you take her by the shoulder and push her forward deeper into the building as you close the door behind you.

You surprised to see William holding his ground, you've only ever known him as a cowardly man not one to take a stand but rather stab others in the back and abuse the systems put in place.

"Thank you for the refreshing change of pace, William. I am quite grateful that you have bought yourself a spine. Regardless, for quite some time you have avoided my father's collectors. The time has come to pay your debt." Taking a step forward already your hand has dropped to your hip, firmly grasping the hilt of your steel sword.

"Yes, it is. It is time to pay a debt. You father has been draining HIS people for years, sucking the blood of the land till it will rot." William's hand also falls to the hilt of a small dagger at his side though its no compare to the sword you wield. This is far to strange for you, William has never stood up to anyone before, it is not like him to take a stand, something is biting at you about all of this, then you spot a scuffling from the side doors of the room as to burly men make their way into the room, both wielding heavy spiked clubs.

"That explains a lot. You can only face your accuser if others will stand before you. Is honor too expensive for you, William?"

"Who needs honor when one has wealth, and those willing to defend me for a portion of it? Now, take him."

Clubs ready to strike the two men come at you, evil intent in their eyes. It doesn't look good for you, these men are massive, one decent hit could dislocate an arm.
