You fight him for five minutes. He eventually manages to grab you and throw you into the ground. He is about to kill you when he suddenly loses his powers. He is now your pal again. Minnie Presidette is still free to plot against you.
Do you:
- Kill Jimmy THEN kill Minnie Presidette
- Arrest Minnie Presidette
- Leave Jimmy and kill Minnie Presidette
