You decide to just ignore this hapless bunch as much as possible, you keep to yourself inside the carriage and are annoyed as you need to come out when you reach the first border town. You look around a bit and realize you've been here before. Under better circumstances, you had an army at your command and annihilated the enemy forces defending this area.

You grudgingly get out of the carriage, refusing any help from the ugly brigade. The ambassador has a huge grin on his face at your obvious displeasure, you give him a glare that makes him remember the tales of the demon princess.. The smirk vanishes from his face and he leaves as if he'd just seen a ghost.

It seems the soldiers will all be staying in the large common room while the servants and maids get separate rooms. The ambassador grudgingly prepared the luxurious room for you and looks displeased at the prospect of staying in a normal room. They're bound to have prepared some ugly surprises in your room, so maybe you could switch rooms with him to avoid any unpleasantness.. Or rather to pass the unpleasantness on to him. You're feeling annoyed and it'd make your day to see him put to shame by some tasteless prank meant for you.
