Town: Upper City
From Create Your Own Story
Your name is Marcus, a tall handsome man with dark hair and a very athletic build. You are the eldest son of a Senior Officer, one of the people in charge of the police force, and only one rank below The Leaders.
You are an excellent student, one of the few that has a good chance of becoming a Leader from your year. While most are spoiled and lazy, taking their position for granted, you are not like that. Yes, you have everything you want, but you don't take it for granted. Your family didn't start that way. Each generation gradually brought power to the family. You still remember your grandfather's stories of groveling at the Officers' feet as a lawman until he finally became an Officer himself, through tireless work and dedication. Your father, too, told stories of his hard work. You remember, as a child, the long hours, the stress. The stories always stoked the flames of your dedication. You knew you would do something, be somebody, more than any of the family before. You are the only one of this generation. It was up to you to become a Leader and finally bring your family into the 10.

It only took a few moments for you to absorb yourself in the world on a microscopic level. But your attention wavered, you realized your phone implant was buzzing.
"Hey Marcus." You friend John answered. You've been friends ever since your father became a Senior Officer, right before you entered school. Your fathers work together.
You sigh. John wasn't spoiled like the others, and he did do well in school, but he was content with his likely future position as a Senior Officer, and didn't work harder than necessary. To a point, he didn't understand your drive. But he was your friend. "Hey man. What's up?"
"Remember what I was saying about the Arena? We're all going there. Wanna come?" You pause for a second, to think about it. The Arena was where Fringies are forced to fight. You've been once before. You remember the atmosphere... The place was...
John interrupted your thoughts. "Lisa is coming along. I know how much you like her."
As you were thinking, the Arena is a:
