'Twenty bucks a day plus expenses. You get your expenses drawn up in a nice little receipt at the end of the week and we get fifty for a retainer before we start the job.'
The blonde seems thoughtful. 'I'm paying for you to do the job quietly just as much as for the information,' she says. 'I'll give you twenty for your immediate expenses and the rest upon completion. If you do the job well, that is.'
