You take Adrian’s mind away from him and soon you have full control of his body. He’s a decent kid, with good enough grades, nice parents, and an interest in wrestling. You look at Kelly, who stumbles a bit and looks back very confused.

“Adrian? What am I doing here?” she asks, puzzled.

“I was asking you that.”

“I don’t know, but I need to get back to class.”

She’s obviously worried about being seen leaving the boy’s bathroom.

“I’ll tell you when no one’s here.”

A scan of Adrian’s brain tells you he bails her out a lot. Their futures were undoubtedly interwoven before you came and mucked up everything. She thanks you and pecks you on the cheek. Not like a girlfriend, but more like how she would say goodbye to her dad. You like it anyway. You step outside, check the hall, and subtly wave her onward. She bolts for her classroom but looks back for a second to wave at you.

“Thanks, Adrian!”

You wave back. Now, what to do with this kid?

• Wander around the school
• Use your powers to skip school and become a great athlete
