You see the name Kellar and react with surprise. You open the telegram immediately. It reads:
ANASTASIA PLEASE COME TO THE KELLAR ESTATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE STOP YOUR EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE DESPERATELY NEEDED ON A MATTER OF IMMEDIATE IMPORTANCE STOP PLEASE USE DISCRETION BUT MAKE WITH GREAT HASTE STOP WILLIAM'S LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT STOP - LORD KELLAR
You read the last line again to be sure; William in danger?
Years ago your father and the Kellar's were great friends, some of the closest that your usually private father ever had. The Kellar's, like the Van Helsings were a legacy monster fighting family and many of your father's greatest adventures featured Lord Nigel Kellar at his side. More than one of your happiest childhood summers were spent on the estate playing with Lord Kellar's young son William, who you always felt was like a brother to you, and over time, maybe even more. However after a close call nearly put his family in serious jeopardy Lord Nigel retired from the war against Satan and settled into managing his estate and the quiet life thereof. Your father regretted the loss of a good ally but didn't hold it against Lord Kellar; but the two never managed to maintain their close relationship, now living in two very sepreate worlds. As with your fathers you and William too grew apart, and you've always wondered what could have been. This is the first communication you have had with the Kellars since your father's funeral.
You cannot deny the family help, even with your busy schedual, and if William is in mortal peril than you have no choice. You pack immediately and take the first train out.
