You and Tara look into each other's eyes for a moment, then you nod quietly to her. She turns her attention to Sevrita. "We would like to stay, if we may."
Sevrita looks genuinely surprised, and a little confused. Taken aback briefly, she looks at her mate. He's just as surprised and seems to be unsure what to say. The wolfess then looks back down at you both. "Uh... Uh, I wasn't expecting that. Are you sure, little ones?"
You speak up. "Yes. You were so good to us, and we've never experienced anything like that before. If you'll have us, we'd love to stay with you and let you enjoy us however you wish."
The wolfess reaches down and gently picks you up, placing you both in her hand and raising you to her eye level. "You don't have any family or friends you'll be leaving behind?"
You grin confidently. "I am Shadow, Thief of the Night. I have no friends, other than my companion next to me. We'll stay together, and we'll stay with you."
