As soon as the masked man left the room, you quickly twist to free yourself from the bed, tears streaming down your face. It's only when your wrist is free that you can finally start crying, sobs shaking your body.

It's a long time before you can gather your skimpy clothes, stained and shoeless, and manage to make your way out the door. The masked man didn't lie; the rest of the building was abandoned. It takes you a while to pick your way through the dust and broken glass. Once down the stairs, you squint in the sunshine of a new day.

You recognize the old hospital and know exactly where you are in the city. Starting your multiple mile walk, you realize you still don't know who raped you, you know they know where you live, and you stumble from the soreness coming from your crotch. Your life will never be the same again.
