"There is a nudist beach where you are taking us on holiday and I am so nervous," I said.
"Oh don't worry about that, you have a great body, in any case nudism isn't about being perfect it is just about being confident.
"Well that is what I don't have, confidence," I said.
"We could practice, have a family nudist day," mom said kindly.
