You quickly untie and pick up the poor knight. He carry him out the water outside washing the cum off his body. You leave the Iron Whale and head all the way to the farmhouse Shovel Knight had retired to before the game. You find the door unlocked and lay the poor knight out on his bed. You don't know what happens to the rest of his armor but you deside to find something for him to wear.
