You unlock both doors and jump out into the rain. Melanie looks confused. "C'mon!" you shout, rushing across the lot, hoping she's followed. When you get to the door, you feel her body pressed against your back. She's wet, and she's shivering. You pull on the handle, and find that the door is open. Stepping inside, you pull Melanie in and glance around. It's dark, and you flip on your light.
The entrance way looks nice enough. A hallway with two doors, a small bench and a little potted plant in one corner. You turn behind you and turn the latch on the front door, locking it behind you. You put an arm around Melanie, rubbing at her shoulder to get a little warmth into her.
