Gurach can handle himself

You decide to remain in the protection of the cave, and silently cheer Gurach on. Though he puts up a valiant fight, one good blow from the orc is enough to tip the scales, and they instantly gain the upper hand. There's nothing Gurach can do, and soon he's on the ground, out cold. You freeze in fear once you realize he's not getting back up for a while.
In a panic, you rush back inside the cave, grab a drinking straw from the kitchen counter, and carefully lower yourself into the small pool. Using the straw for air, you completely submerge yourself, and hope those three don't find you. You hear the vibrations of their feet, as they enter the cave, and look around. You tightly shut your eyes, and wait.
They are persistent, though, as their vibrations continue and continue. That is until they suddenly stop. Did they leave? You aren't sure.
