Piggy's Day/Stay in

You don't believe a word Theodor is saying. Besides, you'd die if you went outside anyways. After about a minute or so, the door opens itself.
Piggy: "AHH! Get away!"
As Theodor runs over to you, trying to hit you with his hacksaw, you manage to easily avoid all hits. You then maneuver yourself past him without taking any hits. The machine you ran into sharply increases one's accuracy and concentration.
Theodor: "Piggy, wait! That machine is dangerous, it's not used on sentinent beings, for it causes extreme paranoia."
Piggy: "I don't believe you!"
Theodor: "Well, there you go... Listen, I don't mean to kill you, I just need that tumour of yours!"
Piggy: "You should have tried reasoning with me BEFORE I had paranoia."
You then grab a gun from a nearby table.
Piggy: "Don't come any closer! I'm keeping my brain for now."
What will Theodore use to persuade Piggy?
