Start sneaking out of the apartment.

You decide it is not ideal to play with strangers who have weapons. You sneak your way out, taking the back door. You sneak past a thug sitting in one of the rooms with the door wide open. You sneak out the back exit, into the parking lot. You crouch and reload your revolver, looking around. In different directions, you see an alleyway leading to the beach, and cross through it. You run out to the sand and suddenly see a wooden ship with cannons on it. What do you do?
Run up to the ship. Good loot awaits you.
Run along the beach, toward a lighthouse.
Get low and start using stealth tactics.
