You follow the shopkeeper's directions and come to a small house. A nervous woman answers the door.
"Can I help you?" she asks.
"Miss Scarlet?" you say. "I'm here about the rats."
"Oh, thank you!" she says. "My poor babies. Bless their twitchy little whiskers! Someone has been killing my rats!"
She leads you to her basement door.
"My dear rats are right down there," she says. "Please save them!"
