You continue walking past the officer with no thoughts of turning back.
The cold winds of the season welcome you as you stroll around the streets, making you rethink about this whole nudity thing.
Soon you find yourself at a small stand giving handouts about events, changes, laws, and holidays.
One of the laws states that you must have a special license permitting you to wear clothing. You look at the prices and notice that these can be earned or purchased for $200-$200,000,000.
You have no money, but a license is worth getting if it gets you off this cold.
