The best way to bring Padmé to the same heightened sense of vibration that you feel is to excite her, you find, and hopefully help her see the way into your arms. There is nothing more convincing than one's own thoughts, so you decide to feed her some of your own, as if it where hers.
In truth, you could already feel her thinking was in alignment with yours.
You begin by slowing your own speed of thinking, so that it better vibrates with that of a sleeping person. You set your body straight and take a deep breath, as you concentrate on the Force. You focus on the connection between your emotions, your body's sensations, and the Force, and try and catch every trail, however frail, of such connection, until you have strands upon strands of how your own sensations have links to the world around you. You imagine those links free-flowing through the entire material world as if unimpeded by anything, yet touching every particle in existence. The many strands of thoughts and emotions linked you collected form a barrier of thinking, influenced by your mind (if not entirely controlled), now.
Without noticing, you've come to sit on your bent legs in a meditative stance Jedi commonly use.
Now that you've provided your mind with an uplink to the Force, you extend that thought form you created onto Padmé, peaceful in her rest. Diverting every extension to her own mind, though unsure of your method, you are able to sense her thoughts being captivated more and more about the information flowing into her. Though as of now, that information is but a concentration of the Force manipulated by your thinking. The next step, you take it then, is to provide the right emotion.
Since the days you've left your home to train and one day become a Jedi, you've been followed by considerable anxiety, uncertainty, insecurity, but also excitement over the future, the opportunity to make a difference, of exploring the galaxy, but there is a single thing in your entire life that provided you with a sensation of love, between you and a partner, and that one thing is Padmé. You didn't knew what to think of it at first, considering your young age when you met her, but you felt your destinies intertwined, a sort of gravity-effect that pulled you, your thinking, your emotions, your motivations into her, into her path. It just happens that only now, at this point in history, you are able to take in the enormity and significance of this effect on you. If there is but one thing that can take you away from your destiny and stray you to another path, it's love. You recognize that. And you wish to embrace it. The sensation is too good to pass, you have no sense of attachment to any other path, this is the only one you wish to take.
You channel all those conclusions, thoughts developed along your entire life, especially in the past ten years, into the woman of your life. It is clear to you, that if you weren't doing so directly now, you've been doing it, and still would, indirectly for eternity. The clarity of your thinking is overwhelming.
With this, Padmé wakes up with her breath skipping, a look of peaceful and beautiful delightfulness in her face. You find yourself, too, opening your eyes in calm fashion. You both look into each other. It is a moment that can only be described as bliss.
No words need to be spoken. She is as overwhelmed as you are, only difference is, she is stupefied, and you are energized. You get up and sit at her side in the bed, supporting your weight with your arm at the opposite side of her, over her bent legs. She continues to stare at you, mouth partly agape, attempting at taking in everything she has been feeling, which is as confusing as it is potent to her.
You both lean in on each other, slowly, to take these emotions onto the next level, as they deserve.
