D&D: FDS Sneak towards the elf and the thug and eavesdrop

You adeptly stealth towards the thug and the elf. Hidden in the darkness, you watch the scenes. as you aproach, you start making out their voices:
"I'm done talking here. If you ain't got the goods, you ain't getting my money." the thug's grave voices claims.
"Please, help me out here..." begs the elven girl.
"this isn't charity lass. Now are you gonna show me or not ?" he says while tapping a purse filled with coins on his waist.
The elf girl clearly seems embarassed, but after a few seconds, she loosen her jacket and after an eternity, pulls up her shirt, revealing her breasts to the thugs. You grin. How amusing, this slutty little elf selling her body. She is obviously desperate. And that pure good aura... You can smell the thug is making big effort not to show interests just so he can coax more from this naive girl. Your powers being attuned to lust, you can feel his desire swells up skyrocket.
