Zelda decided to ignore Avery. It was true she was important in this song when the two were dancing, as during that time there were only vocals, keyboard, bass, and drums - without the keyboard it would sound bland, but Avery would have some time to figure it out.

Zelda slipped off the guitar for a moment and put the shirt on. She took the ripped fishnet from Lulu's hands and threw it to the side of the stage - it would be useless right now. Picking up the guitar, Zelda signaled she was ready to Selena, who began the countdown again.

Avery, however, had not made good progress. She eventually learned to roll up the bottom of the pants - why were they sitting so low? And stand up. As she did, her hand pressed against one of the undone ties of the back of her tanktop, and pulled it loose. The shirt, untied completely in the back, now fell to the ground and left her with only her tube top on. She actually noticed this, and knelt behind the electric keyboard, as if it would somehow help. The untied shirt was useless on the ground. Her pants, having ridden lower and lower with the popped button, were now at her thighs, and only staying on due to her slightly knelt position. She played a few keys, but was horrendously off track to the song.

Ali groaned and moved closer to Avery as if it would somehow help. Selena played louder as Zelda and Lulu both began their dance. It did not involve a huge amount of leg work, and a few bends here and there. It really went by just fine, despite the fact the music sounded atrocious until Ali unplugged the keyboard entirely, just letting only the vocals and bass and drum play out. Avery saw what Ali did, looked confused, and stood up to try and plug it back in. As she stood straight, however, her pants fell the rest of the way down, and she was in only her tube top and modest, hugging boy shorts. The song came to finality in a clumsy manner, with the crowd only laughing at what they were doing - if they thought it was a comedy show, it might have done well. They would have to do a lot these last two songs to bring it around.

Avery was panicking, attempting to cover herself with anything. She tried to pull the pants up, but they were all tangled and bunched. People were snapping photos of her as she flailed, falling to the ground. The warped stage's errant floor boards actually caught her boy shorts, snapping it against her backside and riding it up. Eventually she went to her knees and just dragged the whole electric piano in front of her body, sideways to cover up. The song was already over, and Zelda and Lulu were trying to pull Avery back.

"You'll get a wardrobe change with us and it'll be fine!" Lulu whispered to Avery. "Come on!"

Avery was dragged back, letting the piano go. Not able to stand, the piano's cords and keys tangled with the mess of the pants, and, it already at her ankles, Avery kicked it off in order to go backstage faster.

"I'm sure there've been worse performances." Selena said while yawning. "Avery! You got so many fans today!"

"I didn't want them!" Avery attested. Her boy shorts had lost their elasticity from snapping against the floor. They were riding low on her hips, not snug to any part of her. It was clear they were only staying on because of her butt. Her tube top worked as her strapless bra across the small chest she had, and accentuated the entire curve of her top half.

"Guys." Lulu said, pointing to the backstage. Their tent had been taken over. of course it had. The next band would be playing in twenty minutes. All their wardrobe changes had been moved to their cars, which was much too far.

Zelda held her head and tried to focus. "We have to do something for Avery."

"We have to just keep it going." Selena suggested. "I mean, Avery can take care of herself. Those stage hands already put the piano back up."

"But I'm half naked!" Avery whined. She bounced a little, which seemed to ride the underwear a little lower.

"FINE. I have safety pins on my pants. I can forgo my pants and you can pin your underwear to stay on you better." Selena sighed. "But we need to get back out there!"

"Zelda and I have our stockings left. It is not much, but we can also use them to wrap around your waist to keep the shorts up like a little skirt." Lulu suggested. "We would hardly be losing anything important."

"I still don't have a shirt, though." Avery said timidly.

"Our stockings don't do much for shirts." Lulu admitted. "But Zelda has a shirt. I mean, you were just in your br-"

"No." Zelda said shortly. "Though I suppose I can let Avery use my shirt - it would be low enough to double as a short dress now, and then wear my belt like a top."
