One hand still pressed up against the wall, you lean down further and start making a weird hacking noise in your throat, as if you're going to throw up. "Oh no!" the woman says, and she walks in closer pressing one hand on your shoulder.

Your plan worked!

With inhuman speed you spin around, fist out for a roundhouse punch. Your fist slams into the side of her head, and she bounces off the wall of the alley with a sickening thud. Her body falls to the ground, whether she is dead or simply unconscious is irrelevant to you in your hunger. You drag her body behind some dumpsters in the alley so that pedestrians will not be able to see what you are about to do from the street. The you begin your feast.

After several minutes of feeding you are finally sated. now you have to figure out what to do with the body.
