If you're going to waste an afternoon subjugating someone so gross you're going to want to get her properly made up. You grab a fistful of her stringy hair and try to drag her to her feet but 300 plus pounds of nurse says otherwise. You threaten her with the dolly leg again and she gets up on her own, shrieking a little when she discovers one of her legs is broken. You force her onto the examining table, belly down, straddling the cold metal with her breasts hanging out the front like two sacks of heavy sand. Grabbing a box of dusty medical tubing you expertly lace and knot it around her fat calves and wrists, tying her down as she whimpers pitifully. She tries to beg you once but you slap her to get the point across nothing is going to stop what's coming. You usually like it when they beg but everything about her is grossing you out from the streaked mascara to the shiny pink color her swollen fat skin is turning where bones are busted. Easily solved, you cram a giant roll of gauze in her drool lined mouth and secure it with another roll of gauze, wrapped around the back of her head.
"Probably the first thing you've had in there in a while that wasn't deep fat fried, am I right?" She doesn't laugh at your joke but you do.
Finally you grab a large silver pair of medical scissors and proceed to cut her ugly white nurses uniform off, revealing stretch mark lined skin that's nearly as white itself. Finished you stand back and appreciate the view. She looks like livestock, shivering and sweaty, the usually chill office moistly humid in the summer heat. You weren't really looking forward to this but laid out so nicely you can't wait to start...your actually having trouble deciding where to begin!
