Use a wide swinging sword attack

You immediately raise your sword to an overhanded swing, aiming for the goblin's neck. His eyes go wide, seeing his mistake. He tries to react to your sudden attack, but he put too much energy into his thrust. Your sword cleaves his neck in two. The swing was perfect and would have easily decapitated the goblin if you had the strength.
The goblin releases his weapon immediately and drops to the ground, lifeless. You hold your blade tight, and the goblin slides right off.You hear a rustling in the woods, and turn to see Malik returning with a severed green head attached to his belt.
"Take enough time, lady enchantress?", he quips as he leans over and searches the corpse of the first to die.
