In 4E171 the Great War between the Empire and the Aldmeri Dominion starts, ending in 4E174. Then in 4E201, Alduin-The World Eater returned, along with the appearance of the last Dragonborn, who was destined to confront him. The First Dragonborn appeared on Solsteim in 4E202, enslaving it's population.
