Unfortunately, the Jedi have just rescued the chancellor, killed count dooku and sent your fleet into retreat as you escape in your private bomber. Where are you going to go? You could.... Meet up with the fleet in a remote location.
Go straight to Utapa, whee your army will meet you.
However, the CIS are probably going to lose after this crushing defeat. Might be a good time to retire.
