You suggest just that. Sam looks at you, raises an eyebrow, and says "We're not going anywhere with you looking like that." Clearly she's commenting on you having sweat through your shirt. You smirk and raise an eyebrow and she sheepishly admits that she isn't looking too clean herself.
"You should take a shower and I'll go to the store and get ingredients for sandwiches." Sam suggests, "When I get back, you can make the sandwiches and I'll shower."
