Vaguely recalling your professor telling you there would be rules, you think maybe he knew that this supernatural transport was going to happen when you pressed the buttons on your clicker.
“Rule number 1...” , you recall him saying. And rule number 3 was to increase your mental/emotional status
“Maybe”, you think, “this is all part of the game and that's why I feel this compulsion to do what's best for Juan."
But what is best for Juan?
You decide you need to figure out about Juan and this woman who feels it’s okay to punch her husband.
From digging through your wallet and some papers and the bedroom you discover that Juan Munoz is 36 and he is married to Karen and from the pictures in the wallet they have two children, the ones that were sitting at the dinner table. In your wallet you find a card for an attorney. In your pocket you also find a cell phone.
You are rooting through some other papers on a desk to figure out where this classroom quiz transported you and what might be the choice that will trigger your transport back to your own live when Karen walks in the room. Clearly angry that you walked away from her in the kitchen.
“What do you think you’re doing? Those are my papers!” she yells as she stomps into the room.
This time she has the kitchen timer in her hand and throws it right at you.
You don’t have time to duck, and apparently Karen is a good mark because it hits you on the side of your head.
You realize you have to take some type of decisive action for Juan to get him out of this violent situation.
