Hotwire a bus and drive away

You're not exactly an expert on hotwiring, but after you've fiddled around with things a bit, you get the bus to start. You accelerate towards the terminal doors... which, of course, are locked. Then you discover that your amateur hotwiring attempt has somehow disconnected the brakes. You leap out of the bus just before impact and go rolling across the ground. The bus smashes through the doors but you don't see where it goes because you're in a world of pain. Eventually, you pass out.
You wake up in a hospital bed. Both your arms are in plaster casts from your shoulders to your wrists. Your hard-on is making a little tent in the crotch of your white hospital gown.
