Try to escape the musclehead

"Please, don't do this" you plead as you shrink against the wall.
Musclehead laughs and lunges at you. You spring forward and vault off of him, rolling down his back and delivering a swift kick to the back of his head. He ends up stumbling face first directly into the brick wall. As he shakes the daze off and turns on you, you pull out the knockout breath spray and nail him in the face with a shot of it. He looks up at you in surprise and you roundhouse him in the head to speed up the process. He slumps to the ground unconscious and should be out for at least 8 hours. You cover him with some garbage and head back towards the door.
You hear the metal door open and the Hispanic man comes back out and lights a cigarette before he opens his mobile device and starts speaking angry Spanish to someone. Your language mastery tells you that this is a domestic dispute and will have him distracted for a bit. You can either nonchalantly walk past him into the door or sneak up the ladder.
