The room is small but you know you'll make it work. On the wall is a large window that has a bit of a view but you leave the curtains part of the way closed not really paying much attention to the outside, not noticing the view of the boys dorm directly next to yours. You start to unpack your things when suddenly there is a knock at the door. You make your way to the door and answer it. Standing there is a beautiful girl, a little older then you...a year two at most, she is a gorgeous blond in a low-cut white dress that seems to barely covers her crotch and hugs her ass nicely and to your surprise you can clearly see her nipples through the thin fabric of the dress.

“Hello, by chance are you Katlin?” She asks politely.
