John had never seen Trisha cry before, but there she was, curled up on the couch, sobbing into a pillow.

He hurries over to the couch and sits at her feet. "Trish, hey don't cry. What happened?" he says in a soft voice.

"Ah-I don't understand! Things were going s-so well. We almost never fought and we had so much in common. Ha-how could he leave me?" she squeaks out.

Trisha had been seeing Sean for the past 8 months after they met at a new years party. Things had been great, as far as John could tell, but there was always something odd about Sean that he could never really put his finger on.

John took a big breath and told her "don't worry about him, you're the best girl I know, and if he can't see that, then it's his loss. I know it's cliché, but it's true."

Trisha stops crying for a second and looks over at him. Her makeup would be running if she wore any. "That's really sweet John, even though it's corny as hell." she says before showing just a hint of a smile.

Trying to brighten her mood further, John asks her "hey, how about we forget about Sean and go see a movie tonight?"

"Well, I don't know. I have some homework that is due tomorrow, and my grade is starting to slip" she says coyly.

"Awe, c'mon. We gotta do something to make you feel better" he reasons.

Nights with John have always been fun, but perhaps there is more fun to be had...

"Urghh... Go away I'm not here right now," John says, half asleep.

"John, did you forgot to set your clock back? It's already seven," a female voice says from beyond the door.

"Well, fuck... okay thanks Trish," he replies.

"Uh huh,"she says. "Breakfast is getting cold, so hurry up sleepy head." She is always so happy to wakeup, something John cannot understand.

Ring... Ring... Thankfully the noise is coming from the other room.

John tosses back his sheets and sits up lazily, palming his face and running his hands through his hair before shaking his head from side to side.

"It's going to be a long day, I can just feel it," he says out loud to himself.

John shakes off his sleepiness as best he can and gets dressed in his usual: Loose jeans and a t-shirt with some whitey joke on it. Today it reads: "I'm an only child, so I spend most of my life playing with myself."

With his phone dead, he boots up his computer to check his e-mail before class. Just some spam e-mails about making his dick bigger. ''If those worked, there would be men running naked in the street with 14 inch dicks yelling "It worked!!!"'' He chuckles at the thought.

He leaves his computer and exits his room. After taking a few steps he realizes something unusual.

He hurries over to the couch and sits at her feet. "Trish, hey don't cry. What happened?" he says in a soft voice.

Our story follows the life of a man named John. He is a charming, twenty year old who tends to keep to himself unless forced (normally by his friend and roommate Trisha) into social interaction. He is about to start his second year at the local community college, working towards an associates degree in computer science. John can be described as a tall, average build man with hazel eyes that seem like they stare right through you. Life for John has been fairly easy so far, but that may change... Depending on your choices... Now let us begin.

Minutes later she is woken up yet again, but by a different noise.

"urghhh... What do you want?" She groans, wishing she was deaf so she could sleep in peace.

A female voice comes from the door."Sam, are you up?" It's her roommate Trish.

"Fuck no I'm not up. But I am awake now thanks to you," Sam retorts in an angry tone.

Trish chuckles and says "Well, it's a good thing, because I'll bet you forgot to set your clock back an hour, didn't you?"

With a sigh Sam changes her tone: "Oh, damn. Yeah I forgot. Thanks for the wake up call."

"Yup, no problem. I'm sure you would be more than willing to beat on my door if I slept in instead," She responds.

Sam laughs and says, "Yup, except maybe I would do it with breakfast in my hands?" hoping Trish will get the idea.

"Oh, I don't think so. If you want breakfast you can come out here. I cooked, thats as much as my job title requires," Trish says jokingly.

"Damn. Well at least I gave it a shot," Sam replies.

 Ring, ring "Oooo, it's Sean," Trish says with excitement. "Hurry up you lazy head," she says to Sam before walking away to talk to Sean.

Sam gets dressed, urged to hurry, smelling breakfast in the other room. A pair of jeans and a white babydoll with "<tits> </tits>" on it.

He yawns and reaches out, slapping his alarm a few times before he finally gets it to turn off.

With a groan he is out of bed, lazily getting dressed in his usual: Loose jeans and a t-shirt with some whitey joke on it.

"This phone is a piece of shit." he exclaims. Grabbing his broken phone. Walking out into the rest of the apartment John wonders where his roommate Trish is.

His mood moves from annoyed to pissed off when he looks at the clock in the living room. 8:05

"Dammit!" he yells, racing to grab a quick snack and out the door.

"Shit, class starts in 25 minutes. I'm going to be late!" he thinks to himself as he drives.

Traffic is one of the few things going his way. He gets to the college faster than normal this morning, meaning he can make it to class on time if he hurries.

On his way to class he hears a familiar voice call his name "John! Hey wait up!"

John turns to see his friend Sarah running over to him.

"Hey, I have something to ask you." She says after catching up to him.

"Hey Sarah, I'm gonna be late to class, can we talk later?" He explains as he continues walking to class.

"Well, I guess it can, but please meet me in the lounge after your class." She pleads.

"Sure, I'll see you then." he says as he hurries off to class.

John arrives to class just in time. Thankfully the class is mostly review and goes quickly. He starts walking towards the library to work on todays homework, but remembers Sarah's request and instead heads for the lounge.

As you walk in Sarah springs up from a nearby chair, looking quite happy.

"Hey! I was wondering..."

If you have an idea for a story, you might like to try [[Idea Pitches|pitching your idea to other users]] and seeing how interested people might be in playing your story, what you could do to make playing your story fun, and who might be interested in collaborating with you to write it.
