This time, when you command it, a small piece of flaming coal comes out of Storm's mouth. "You did it!" You say but then relize that Heracross has dodged it by fluttering a foot off the ground.

"Heracross!" commands Semi "Use Fury attack!"
Storm dodges the first blow, but then he gets hit by Heracross's claws. :(
After about three hits, you scream, "No!" You tell Storm to use ember, and even on it's back, with a heracross standing over him, Storm lets out a burning coal.

It Hit's Heracross and it yowls in pain, letting go. However, it just makes it more furious. Though Cyndaquil has jumped up, Heracross is more furious.

Pokemon: Use Storm

You decide you want to win this battle. You bring out Storm's Poke Ball.
"The winner will receive ten dollars!" Benjamin yells.
(Semi is Pronounced SEM/I Not Not SEM-EE, by the way.

When Storm emerges with his blue aura, Semi's Pokemon has a turquoise aura.

It's a Herocross!

"Herocross!" It shouts a battle cry
"Cyndaquil!" FireStorm taunts back.

Benjamin and his sister are staring intently at the match.
You start the battle off with a smokescreen.

"Herocross!" the big Pokemon protests, coughing through the smoke.

"Herocross, use Horn attack!

Herocross comes charging out of the smoke and crashing into Storm before he can start to get dizzy from the smoke. Storm partially avoids the attack, so the horn does not pierce his skin. But Heracross's head still slams into FireStorm, and he goes sailling into you.

"Cyndaquil!!! Storm gets up, angered and chages toward Heracross.
''"Stop!" You tell Storm. He obediently skids to a stops and scurries back toward you.
Charging forward won't do anything..'' You think. ''If it's brute strength were talking about, it has the extreme advantage....''

"Storm, your about the right level to start using fire.... USE EMBER ATTACK!" Storm opens it's mouth and screams....a single spark flies out and he coughs.

You shake your head and then roll your eyes but say, "Nice try...."

"I'm getting tired of this!" Semi groans. "Heracross, Tackle attack!"
Storm is ready this time, and though Heracross is bigger, but it is like a tank. Charging forward but not agile enough, so Storm dodge for awhile. This goes on, and in a few minutes, both Pokemon are panting.

You wonder if you should try Ember once more. The dodging might have been enough experience to become level 9!

Foreststar: Created page with 'You look at the three see through red on the top, blurry but clear on the bottom, balls in your hand. You realize that the ball with the yellow creature is hotter than the others…'

You look at the three see through red on the top, blurry but clear on the bottom, balls in your hand. You realize that the ball with the yellow creature is hotter than the others. You have studied Pokemon, relatively, and know that it is a Cyndaquil. A fire type. So, yeah the ball is hot. It is looking up at you with adorable eyes.
You hand the other two back to Professor Gary.
"I choose Cyndaquil!" You say officially.
"Ok than."

You don't really pay attention after that. You are too busy gocking at the blurry creature inside the smooth ball. You want to send it out, but you must wait.
The tall blond boy at the far end picks Chikorita.
The boy next to you with slick black hair and cold yellowish/brown eyes chooses Totodile.

The Professor gives you each a bag of supplies and A POKEDEX!!!!!!!!! It records all the data of Pokemon you catch. OMG this is amazing. The mini computer is red and about the size of your palm. You want to check it out, but you'll have to wait for that too.

Eventually, Gary sees you off, and as you walk out of the gate, you see Windy. OH YEAH OMG YOU FORGOT. She had a gift for you. Maybe it was a Pokemon. And she wanted to tell you something.
You approach her.
"Sorry sis, I was in a rush."

"S'okay," Windy replies hastily. Her blond hair is a tangle. It look like she ran all the way here, maybe carrying something heavy....

You glance over at the two boys. They have started a battle, Chikorita and Totodile are clashing head on. You want to battle the winner of this so bad...

"Forest! This is important!" Windy leads you under a tree.

"Touch the tree, Forest."

Windy had asked for weirder things. You really want to get in on that battle so you just obey.

"What do you feel."

"I feel bark on my fingers"! You reply impatiently.

"I need you to focus. Quit goofing off, this is urgent!"
There really is a note of anger in her voice.
"Does the tree give you any kind of energy?"

You take a deep breath. You do love nature...it would be weird if you didn't, hence your name. There is something there...yes, energy.

"I--I feel it."
Windy nods.

"Forest, have you ever found it weird? Dad's name is Burny. I'm Windy. Your Forest."

"Mom's Molly."

"Yeah but us three." She waits. "Elements! Burny is fire. Windy is air. Forest is nature!"

"SO, then our parents named us weird things!'
Windy shakes her head impatiently.
"Do you know the real reason I like to travel in the mountains." She waits. "My fighting is better there. It is very Windy. Dad became a fire gym leader. You, do you remember that time when we took you for a hike, and you pushed cousin Jake in the lake. He was fourteen, you were eight. And he was teasing you. You guys started having like a chicken fight. But then you got really mad. There was this aura of power about you. It was creepy. You let out a yell and grabbed him and pushed him in the creek! And.....and the trees seemed to sway in your direction!"

You do remember this. Not the moving trees part but pushing Jake in the water.
"What's your point? you demand impatiently, aware that the battle is probably over.

"You were born under a tree, didn't mom and dad tell you that? Did she even tell you the reason her and dad divorced?"

You shake your head.

"You know what? This conversation is for another day. The point is. Be careful in the Forest." She pauses, choosing her words carefully. "You posses great Power there, but be careful. I'll call you on the phone, Forest. But take this."
She brings out from her belt a dagger. About a foot long silver blade. Engraved with a gemstone.
"That is the rare blue emerald gemstone, Windy explains. Good luck." And she runs off. You are so stunned that all you can do is stare at the glinting blade in your hand.

You are walking along the pathway that leads to Cherrygrove city. You feel nervous when the dagger is out from your belt, so you keep in in there. You call it the Blue Emerald dagger, you have decided.

You take out Cyndaquil's Poke Ball, finally ready to introduce yourself to it. When you push the white button the Ball goes from the size of a grape the size of an apple!

Then a blue light seeps out of the Poke Ball, forming a shape. wherever the light seeps out, part of a yellow furry creature is formed. It take about 5 seconds. Then there is a blinking creature in front of you, looking as nervous as you feel.

"H-hi!" You take a deep breath and force your brain to relax. You know that all mouse Pokemon are smart, and this Cyndaquil can probably smell your fear.

You could go for the, "I am your trainer and you must obey me!" approach, but the great ash Ketchum, one of your biggest trainer heroes', advice is to be friends with your Pokemon.

So you slowly lower you hand to the trembling creature. You put your hand against it's head. There are some dark turquoise areas of the Cyndaquil's body. There feel silky and but with no fur, while the yellow parts are very furry. It also has almost blackish dots on it's back, that are rather like scales.
Cyndaquil stays in a curled up position. You gently stroke it for a few minutes. Eventually, it uncurls it's body and looks at you cautiously.

"Hi Cyndaquil. I'm your new Trainer. My name is Forest Star. I hope we'll be able to be friends!"
You know that some Pokemon are extremely smart but Cyndaquil looks at you understandingly and you think you see a slight nod of it's head.
It may just be a coincidence but...
"I think I'll name you-" you continue before realizing you do not know Cyndaquil's gender. AWKWARD.
Then you realize you can CHECK THE POKEDEX.

You take it out and press the large black button on the front you assume is the power button. Sure enough the screen appears. It takes you a few minutes to figure it out, but eventually you scan Cyndaquil, which makes the creature a bit uncomfortable, "sorry," but tells you that it's a baby, it's a male, it's level five, and it knows Tackle and Leer. SWEET.

You spend the next hour walking along route 29, getting to know Cyndaquil. You keep trying to think of good names. "Ember would be nice....if you were a girl." You say to the creature. Yo aren't sure how much human speak he can understand but oh well....

He gets used to you. He is a shy creature, so he won't let you pick him up, but Cyndaquil walks obediently alongside you. You make sure not to let him fall behind, as he walks cautiously. You want to maintain a sturdy relationship with your new friend. Not one of fright or commanding. And not one of him not listening to you.
You are just about to take a lunch break when you hear a rustling in the bushes. Out comes......a Sentret. It is a baby. Very small. you are about to challenge it to battle when you realize it's running from something. That's when the giant bird flies out from the undergrowth!

It's the biggest Pidgey you have ever seen. Usually, if they get to adulthood without evolving, Pidgey's wingspan goes up to 1 foot. But this one's is at least 1 1/2, and the weird part is, usually the old ones aren't so aggressive, so this one must be young. (Ok, you do now a lot about Pokemon.) Pidgey dives at the Sentret with its beak and claws. You don't know why it's preying on it, as usually Pidgey prey on bugs. But you have to do something quick or........

"Cyndaquil!" you command. But the little fire mouse hides behind your legs. You don't blame him. He's not even the size of the Pidgey's body! And Pidgey is suposed to be known as the tiny bird Pokemon.

Pokemon: Forest Song

You hear your alarm play that tune that wakes you up every morning. You hum along a few bars, half asleep, but than jump out of bed, remembering that you finally get a Pokmemon today! You usually wait till the last second for everything, but you have already have packed your backpack the night before. You double check it has extra clothes, a toothbrush, food, water, and other necessities. Then you put on your blue shirt and turquoise jacket. You decide to wear skinny jeans. Then you wash up in the bathroom. Your body is shaking with anticipation, nervousness, and sadness all at ounce. Your going to leave home....

You rush downstairs to eat breakfast and find a big surprise:
"Windy!" you shout excitedly. You rush over and hug your sister. You notice the belt of Poke Balls at her waist.
"It's nice to see you, Forest!" Your sister hugs you back. "I just couldn't miss saying goodbye to you before you go... Plus, I'm heading to Cinnabar island, and Pallet town is on the way!"
You nod.
Windy then walks over to the counter and hands you a plate.
"Oh I missed your cinnamon toast!" you say excitedly, scarfing down your sisters made breakfast.
"Thank you!" you say when you are done. You look at your watch. "I have to go in 15 minutes."

"I'll come with you then....I have...something for you," she says

Your eyes light up. Maybe it's a Pokemon.
"Wait, where is mom?" you ask, realizing you haven't seen her.
"Getting ready." Windy says just as your mom comes in the door, her hair wet from a shower.
She obviously has already said hi to Windy, because she isn't surprised.
Instead she walks over to you. You are surprised to see her eyes a little misty...maybe it's only because she just got out of the shower...

"Forest, look at you, going off on a journey....I...uum. Windy, YOU tell her."
"I was going to." Replies Windy.
You glance at your watch. OMG, you have to be there in five minutes. You give your mom a quick hug, say, "I have to GO!"
And run out the door, draining out her "wait!"

You slip on your roller blades.

The laboratory of Professor Gary Oak is only a few blocks from your house, but its still takes more than five minutes.
Wen you arrive at the gate, you can see the Professor waiting inside with three other kids.
After a few seconds, he glances in your direction, and notices you. He presses a button on a remote in his hand, and the gate slides open, leaving you walking into the fancy yard. There are Pokemon everywhere.

You see a pond and with fountains and Magicarp and Goldeen swimming in it.
A grassy fenced in area with Meowth and Persian.

Then as you walk over to wear the group is standing, you see a Pokemon standing obediently a few feet away from the Professor, almost like a body guard. It is blue with a huge shell with cannons. It glares at you expectantly, a deep growl coming from it's throat.

"It's alright, Blastoise." Mr Oak has Spiky brown hair that he keeps gelled back. He always wears a chained amulet around his neck.

"Good, we can start now." he says, not meanly, but a little sarcastically. It was controversial whether, "Gary," should have taken over when professor Elm retired to go exploring as a Ranger. But Gary had proven himself well, even though he was only in his late twenties.

The other kids, however, are glaring at you.
You are one of the three children 14 and under in your town of New Bark who graduated this year in warrior training, so you get a Pokemon from Professor Gary.
Some people start Warrior training later than others, but you have to do it for at least 4 years. You practice using weapons and perfecting strength, speed, balance, agility, ect. It is very hard, but you managed to pass with top marks.

You realize that the Prof is talking.
"---a big responsibility. Also, remember, the Pokemon I am about to give you are well trained. Not for fighting, but for obedience. Battle training is your job. But they will obey you. Wild Pokemon will be extremely difficult. They will not typically willingly battle, so you will have to either silently sneak up on them, or catch already weak ones. And then you have to get them to listen to you once you catch them, and you have to train them to understand what certain battle commands mean. The starters are smart and already know a lot of battle terms."
He continues,
"You probably already know this, but just in case I will review. Last week was the silver league. The winner was Johnny Ketchum, age 16.
Son of world champion Pokemon trainer, Ash Ketchum.
The league is hosted every year on that day, November 25. Your goal could be to earn eight badges so you may enter.
Remember, Gym leaders are great warriors who have lots of Pokemon to assist them. But they focus on one type. That is why so many trainers are able to beat them.
Or you could enter contests with Pokemon, become a coordinator. You could even aim to be a gym leader, a breeder, or just continue to be a Warrior, but WITH your Pokemon. Remember, even if you are a Warrior with powers, which I don't think any of you are, you may not assist your Pokemon in battle physically!

Some people have warrior powers. Such as boosted eyesight, or being able to read others minds. Those are literally called Warrior powers. Some have even been able to bend light, darkness, water, ect. But that is VERY rare.

Gary looks around, making sure everyone has registered this all. Blastoise is still standing silently near Profesor Gary.
Then Gary wordlessly takes three Poke Balls from his belt.
They are shiny and red at the top. The bottom is clear and you can see little colors from them.
The Prof gives them to you guys to hold and check out, starting with the tall boy at the far left. He weighs them in his hands, and than passes them.
You are the last one to hold them, and you can feel a slight hum vibration coming from the Poke Balls. Some are heavy for their size and they are different temperatures.
"Ok, time to choose." says the Professor. "Ladies first."
That's when you realize you are the only girl there. Most of the other girls in your Warrior training were scared of the 'dangerous obstacle courses and sharp knives so they didn't pass this year.

You look at the balls in your hands more closely. You have studied Pokemon pretty well. The clear bottom part of the Poke Balls is very thick and blurry, but you eventually make out the Pokemon inside. They are, as you guessed, the three typical starters.

You hear your alarm play that tune that wakes you up every morning. You hum along a few bars, half asleep, but than jump out of bed, remembering that you finally get a Pokmemon today! Pokemon: Travel Through All the Regions

Welcome to this story. It is in progress, but eventually, you will travel through all the regions! No matter what choices you make, it has one plot line. But for Pokemon and battle and training decisions, you can make the choice. For major decisions, you can make the choice. And for battle choices. There are going to be a lot of red choices, which means that page is blank. If so, then YOU can writ e it. If you dont have an account on this site, it doesn't even ask for your email, just a username and password. SO yeah, PLEASE HELP ME WRITE BATTLE AND POKEMON CHOICES. I WILL WRITE THE MAIN PLOT LINE.
But I'm only doing Forest's story for now.

I changed some battle rules. If a Pokemon faints, or is unable to battle (on the ground, really hurt) than you lose. But usually, you just surrender before that happens. Or before they die or get seriously injured. Also, you cannot switch out when your opponent has a very advantageous situation, which the referee will determine. So like you cant switch out if your opponent is pinning you to the ground or something.

Pokemon: Travel Through All the Regions

Welcome to this story. It is in progress, but eventually, you will travel through all the regions! No matter what choices you make, it has one plot line. I changed some battle rules. If a Pokemon faints, or is unable to battle (on the ground, really hurt) than you lose. But usually, you just surrender before that happens. Or before they die or get seriously injured. Also, you cannot switch out when your opponent has a very advantageous situation, which the referee will determine. So like you cant switch out if your opponent is pinning you to the ground or something.

Semi looks surprised. "Whatever."

Pokemon: Switch out FireStorm

You return FireStorm to his Poke Ball.
Then you send out Scar, who has a bright white light when she is released.

You worry that it won't listen. Command a Scratch attack, and Sentret OBEYS (it must be either really smart, or....) but Wooper whips it's tail cutely, and Sentret lets her guard down. SO when the scratch attack hits, Wooper Water Guns Scar away.
The jet of water isn't sharp or pressurized. This kid is a rookie like you, and Scar takes the attack, shaking her fur from the water.
She is very weak though. That Tail Whip lowered her defense...
you just need to weaken Wooper however, so Storm can finish it.
Scar is commanded to run up for another Scratch.

"Now Wooper," Benjamin continues commanding, "Water Gun."

This time as Scar's sharp claws hit their mark, Wooper sends it flying from a close range water gun.
Sentret is looking bad. It tries to get up but is very tired.
Wooper stands over it, ready for another water gun, so you cannot switch out.
"I surrender!" you say, returning scar.
It had done it's job. Now Sentret is out of the battle for good. But Wooper winces from the scratches on it's face.

"Go, FireStorm!" you say, releasing the fire mouse. "Alright Storm, be careful."

"This time I'll attack! Wooper run up to it and use Water Gun!"

"Dodge it, Storm!" Cyndaquil manages to dodge it the first time, causing Wooper to waste a lot of energy. How much water does it have stored in it?

Then you realize something.
Last time you checked the Poke Dex Storm was level 6. And now it's probably level seven form beating Spearow.

It's worth a shot.

"Cyndaquil, use Smokescreen!"

Storm looks confused for about a split second. Then it opes it's mouth, and a whirl of black smoke is released into Wooper's face, who was trying to Water Gun Storm.

Now you have a strategy.

You wait till the smoke fades, then Tackle Wooper.

The smokescreen does not only temporarily blind an opponent's Pokemon, but while they're in it, coughing, the Pokemon's vision is blurred. Therefor, it is really hard, even with Benjamin's help, for Wooper to see or figure out what position Storm is in. So you see Wooper before it sees Storm.
You repeat this process until Wooper is dizzy and hurt, but Benjamin doesn't give up.
"We can do it! Water gun!"
The aim is totally off, but you admire his courage, as you finish Wooper off with a Tackle.
Benjamin looks heart Broken, but you congratulate him.
Your Pokemon are Ok, but you and Benjamin both get them checked up anyway. Benjamin starts talking.
"Well, you couldn't beat my sister! She's that older girl over there!"

The older girl. Yes.

"What rank is she?"

"Shes a Junior!"

"Wow!"

"All the ranks are: Rookie Trainer, Trainer, Junior Trainer, Senior Trainer, and, Master trainer. Oh, and Grandmaster trainer, which only one trainer in the world can have the title of at a time."

"I know," you reply.

You were planning to battle her, but if she is a hunior, her Pokemon are probably like level 30+!

"What about him? you ask, pointing to the serious looking boy about your age.

"Oh him? Benjamin asks.
Uum, he's my sisters friend. Not boyfriend. He is 14. Shes 16. He's a regular Trainer already. Even though he just started. You should battle him!"

You decide for your first official battle, not including with Lee, you want to start with FireStorm.
He takes out a Poke Ball too.

"1, 2, 3, go!"

You see the two Pokemon forming. Your light is blue, while his Pokemon's forming light is Red!

It's a Spearow, a bird Pokemon!

Spearow starts off with a Peck.
Storm takes the hit, but Tackles under your command as Spearow tries to fly away, pinning it to the ground!
Spearow Leers at Storm, even though it isn't really in a position to sneer. You command Storm to Leer back worse!

You know that a well trained Cyndaquil's back lights on fire in battle, but you'll have to work on that.....
Now your just stuck. Your holding Spearow down, but how can you Tackle it?

"Ha ha!" Even when I'm in the worse position, I, Benjamin prevail!"

"Actually, you don't have to use an official attack," you realize.
"Storm, bite it!"
Storm has little baby fangs, and bites down on Spearows neck, harder and harder.
"Ok, I surrender!" Benjamin admits, returning Spearow by pointing his poke ball at it, and holding down the white button. He can't switch out while the opponent is in the upper hand position. It's against the rules. SO he has to surrender before Spearow gets very hurt.

Spearow is now out of the battle for good. "A good trainer knows when to surrender, before there Pokemon gets seriously injured....or worse. Good job Benjamin!"

"What's YOUR name?" he asks you.

"Forest. Now whats your next Pokemon?"

"This is my bestest partner, that no one can beat!" he says in a little kid voice that makes you feel a twinge of pity for him. But you HAVE to try your hardest!

"Go, Wooper!"

No! A water Pokemon. Bad news for a fire type like Storm. Even worse, a fire/ground Poekmon! Storm is double weak!

You can't switch out if your opponent has you in a bad position, so you should switch Firestorm out NOW and save him for later.
But then again, maybe you should just take you chances and use Scar for backup?

Once you have retrieved your Pokemon and gotten a drink of wtaer and gone to the bathroom and blah blah blah..
You walk over to the boy. He has black shoulder length hair, tan skin, and one green eye, one blue. You challenge him and he eye's you.
"Sure.."
"This is Sorest, Semi. She just beat me in a battle. She's pretty good."
"Well," replies Semi, "I'm a lot older than both of you.
"I'm thirteen!" YOu protest.
Semi looks surprised. "Whatever."
You guys walk to the back of the Pokemon center.
"Hey, Talia!" Benjamin calls over his shoulder tot he older girl. "You want to watch the battle?"
Talia checks her watch, and follows you and Semi and Benjamin through the door.
Benjamin refs it.
"each side will use....umm---"
"One!" suggests Semi.
"Sure!" You agree.

You wonder which Pokemon to use. If you want to win, you should use Storm, but Scar could use some leveling up...A lot..."

Pokemon: Switch out FireStorm

You return FireStorm to his Poke Ball.
Then you send out Scar, who has a bright white light when she is released.

You command a Scratch attack, but Wooper whips it's tail cutely, and Sentret lets her guard down. SO when the scratch attack hits, Wooper Water Guns Scar away.
The jet of water isn't sharp or pressurized. This kid is a rookie like you, and Scar takes the attack, shaking her fur from the water.
She is very weak though. That Tail Whip lowered her defense...
you just need to weaken Wooper however, so Storm can finish it.
Scar is commanded to run up for another Scratch.

"Now Wooper," Benjamin continues commanding, "Water Gun."

This time as Scar's sharp claws hit their mark, Wooper sends it flying from a close range water gun.
Sentret is looking bad. It tries to get up but is very tired.
Wooper stands over it, ready for another water gun, so you cannot switch out.
"I surrender!" you say, returning scar.
It had done it's job. Now Sentret is out of the battle for good. But Wooper winces from the scratches on it's face.

"Go, FireStorm!" you say, releasing the fire mouse. "Alright Storm, be careful."

"This time I'll attack! Wooper run up to it and use Water Gun!"

"Dodge it, Storm!" Cyndaquil manages to dodge it the first time, causing Wooper to waste a lot of energy. How much water does it have stored in it?

Then you realize something.
Last time you checked the Poke Dex Storm was level 6. And now it's probably level seven form beating Spearow.

It's worth a shot.

"Cyndaquil, use Smokescreen!"

Storm looks confused for about a split second. Then it opes it's mouth, and a whirl of black smoke is released into Wooper's face, who was trying to Water Gun Storm.

Now you have a strategy.

You wait till the smoke fades, then Tackle Wooper.

The smokescreen does not only temporarily blind an opponent's Pokemon, but while they're in it, coughing, the Pokemon's vision is blurred. Therefor, it is really hard, even with Benjamin's help, for Wooper to see or figure out what position Storm is in. So you see Wooper before it sees Storm.
You repeat this process until Wooper is dizzy and hurt, but Benjamin doesn't give up.
"We can do it! Water gun!"
The aim is totally off, but you admire his courage, as you finish Wooper off with a Tackle.
Benjamin looks heart Broken, but you congratulate him.
Your Pokemon are Ok, but you and Benjamin both get them checked up anyway. Benjamin starts talking.
"Well, you couldn't beat my sister! She's that older girl over there!"

The older girl. Yes.

"What rank is she?"

"Shes a Warrior!"

"Wow!"

"All the ranks are: Rookie Trainer, Trainer, Warrior Trainer, Senior Trainer, and, Master trainer. Oh, and Grandmaster trainer, which only one trainer in the world can have the title of at a time."

"I know," you reply.

You were planning to battle her, but if she is a warrior, her Pokemon are probably like level 30+!

"What about him? you ask, pointing to the serious looking boy about your age.

"Oh him? Benjamin asks.
Uum, he's my sisters friend. Not boyfriend. He is 14. Shes 16. He's a regular Trainer already. Even though he just started. You should battle him!"

Pokemon: Start the battle with Cyndaquil

You decide for your first official battle, not including with Lee, you want to start with FireStorm.
He takes out a Poke Ball too.

"1, 2, 3, go!"

You see the two Pokemon forming. Your light is blue, while his Pokemon's forming light is Red!

It's a Spearow, a bird Pokemon!

Spearow starts off with a Peck.
Storm takes the hit, but Tackles under your command as Spearow tries to fly away, pinning it to the ground!
Spearow Leers at Storm, even though it isn't really in a position to sneer. You command Storm to Leer back worse!

You know that a well trained Cyndaquil's back lights on fire in battle, but you'll have to work on that.....
Now your just stuck. Your holding Spearow down, but how can you Tackle it?

"Ha ha!" Even when I'm in the worse position, I, Benjamin prevail!"

"Actually, you don't have to use an official attack," you realize.
"Storm, bite it!"
Storm has little baby fangs, and bites down on Spearows neck, harder and harder.
"Ok, I surrender!" Benjamin admits, returning Spearow by pointing his poke ball at it, and holding down the white button. He can't switch out while the opponent is in the upper hand position. It's against the rules. SO he has to surrender before Spearow gets very hurt.

Spearow is now out of the battle for good. "A good trainer knows when to surrender, before there Pokemon gets seriously injured....or worse. Good job Benjamin!"

"What's YOUR name?" he asks you.

"Forest. Now whats your next Pokemon?"

"This is my bestest partner, that no one can beat!" he says in a little kid voice that makes you feel a twinge of pity for him. But you HAVE to try your hardest!

"Go, Wooper!"

No! A water Pokemon. Bad news for a fire type like Storm. Even worse, a fire/ground Poekmon! Storm is double weak!

You can't switch out if your opponent has you in a bad position, so you should switch Firestorm out NOW and save him for later.
But then again, maybe you should just take you chances and use Scar for backup?

''You keep thinking that!'' you are tempted to say, but just say, "I'm a rookie too!"

He looks relieved.

"Two on two?" you persist.

"Sure!"

You go to the back room, where battles are held in a small arena.

You both decide that the winner will receive 20 dollars. You think, ''YES now I can cream this noob and get my money back from what I spent!''

Pokemon: Attack the Pidgey

You pull out that "Blue Emerald" dagger from your belt, kick off your roller blades (which you had been wearing), and charge into battle.
You throw yourself in front of the Sentret, the foot long blade in front of you for protection, as the Pidgey comes down for another swoop. It turns out of the way just in time to avoid getting sliced. "Leave the Sentret alone!" you command. The Pidgey, it's wings still in the air, blinks ounce. then it's eyes glow red. It let's out a shrill noise you didn't know Pidgey were capable of making. Then it's dives right at you!

You slash at it, but the blade bounces off as it the bird were...made of metal.
You wildly slash at the Pidgey as it attacks the Sentret, who is now covered with scratches. You can always release it later, but the only way to save the poor Sentret now is to capture it.
For the split second you reach in to your bag, the Pidgey scratches you right in the face, several times. You let out a scream, but manage to fish out one of the silky Poke Balls. You throw it on the Sentret as blood clogs your vision. The last thing you remember is hearing a battle cry of...."QUIL!!!" and seeing flaming coals shoot from out of nowhere

You wake up to silence.
You try to sit up and your head pounds. You reach up to touch under you right eye to find the warm thick feeling of blood. You start to panic. How much did you loose. And...and where is Cydaquil.
Then you hear a sound behind you."Cynda?"

Cyndaquil has a mouth full of leaves. You feel your cut again, and realize it is bandaged with leaves.
You look around. There is a Poke Ball to your right. Aahh! The Sentret. You clip it onto your belt. It is very weak and hurt. And so are you.

"Cyndaquil!" I don't know what to say. I-"
Cyndaquil walks over proudly to the Pidgey. But it isn't a Pidgey. It is s robot. There is smoking holes in the metal, and the paint is chipping.

All of a sudden, someone walks out form behind a tree.
"I cannot believe you defeated my Pidbot!"

"What?" You say drearily.

"Sorry you got hurt, but I don't make my Pokebots to fight humans! Either way I've dont all I can. Here's some berries."
It's a boy with hair that is silver blondish. He has blue eyes, and a mouth that looks like he thinks something is funny, even though it is obvious he is genuinely sorry.

"Who-who are you?"

"I'm a trainer like you. Difference is, I make my Pokemon. Not catch them. But I have programmed them to be trained, and get experience in battle and Pokemon who defeat them get experience in battle. It's really cool. What's your name?"

"Forest." You decide telling him your first name wont hurt.
"Your Cyndaquil was awesome. It came through at the last second. Blasted a flaming attack at Pidbot! I think it was a really good version of Ember."

"Ember? but the Pokedex said it didn't know that yet. And I haven't trained Cydaquil since then.
You check the Pokedex, but it says that Cyndaquil still doesn't know Ember attack. Then you notice his ability.
"Blaze: Boosts, or can even produce, fire, in danger. That's what it was!" It's ability caused it to use fire when in danger!"

Cyndaquil looks proud. It walks over to you, and you pick it up into your lap and pet it. "Thank you Cyndaquil!" You whisper.

"It was like a fire storm!" continues the boy.
"That's it!" you decide. "I'll name you FireStorm, Cyndaquil!"
Cyndaquil smiles.
"Yeah well, I'll be taking this now." He picks up the smoldering Pidbot. "I helped Cyndaquil bandage your cut. You were only out for a minute. But I really must be going."
"Wait," you call as he runs off into the trees.
"What's your name?"
"Lee Nightslasher."
He calls off into the distance.
You have real bandages in your bag, which you quickly apply. Good thing mom made you bring the first aid kit. You think about relaxing and calling someone. Although your head is pounding from loss of blood, even though it was only for a minute that you blead. You will have to wait. You must keep going, it isn't far to Cherrygrove.
But when you try to stand up, within getting an inch off the ground, your head pounds.
Storm has fallen asleep in your lap. You look at your watch. It's nearing nighttime, and you still haven't eaten lunch.
You take your backpack, and pull out a power bar. You don't eat the berries, because you dont trust this, "Lee Nightslasher." He let his metal Pidgey hurt you, then ran off!
You wonder what you should feed FireStorm?
You slice up an Apple with your dagger, and share with Storm, now woken up, who likes it.
"Quil, Cyndaquil!" it says happily.
You are in the middle of the pathway to Cherrygrove, so decide to rest against a tree. Storm helps you move your roller blades and backpack. Your trainer bag is separate and contains all of your trainer supplies. Your dagger has been put back in your bag.
Then you fall asleep under the shade of a tree, thinking, "Just a short nap."

You feel power seeping into you from all directions. Like cool wind but it moves slowly and sends WARM feelings up your body, even though it is cold. You hear noises in the distance, but you cannot tell if it is laughing or screaming!
Then you yell a battle cry and run towards the noises, only to find that you are near a cliff. You loose you footing, although you try to pull back at the last second. And scream as you wait for the impact of the rocks.

As you fall you feel that power surging through you. Your eyes are closed but it feels like icy flames are lapping at your face. Then when you are about to hit the ground, a tree cushions you. You breath a sigh of relief from within it's branches.

You hear steady breathing at your feet. You open your eyes to find FireStorm.

You feel your cut which is healing up steadily, and isn't bleeding anymore. In fact, it is almost completely closed!. Must have been the bandages. You try to take a step. You actually don't feel to bad! in fact, despite the pain under your eye, you feel like aburst of energy. And a strong urge to battle You think roller blades would be easier to move in in your condition. Not as much impact. More gliding. You nudge FireStorm, who yawns, then jumps to his feet, alert.

"It's Ok, relax, Storm." FireStorm grins at his new name. You voice doesn't sound so Hoarse anymore. There is a large urge to go near the tree ounce more, and in your half asleep state, you just go over and touch it.
It is like a zap going through your body, but with none of the pain. All of a sudden, your alert, but not in a panicked way. You see everything around you so clearly. The trees. The grass. The shadows of creatures moving through them. That reminds you! You fish the smooth nut sized Poke Ball from your bag. Sentret isn't moving.
"The Potion!" you realize.
YOU have heard that if a Pokemon is very hurt, you can preserve there energy in a Poke Ball, to leave them at the state they are in. But only for a little while.
You fish out the finger sized bottle.
The instructions say for Pokemon about the size of Sentret to drink two drops.

You release the Sentret, but since it's energy is weak, there is a very dull light that seeps out.
It is unconscious. But you open the creature mouth and pour about two drops of Potion on it's tongue,

Then you Dex it, and find out a lot more info. Including that it's health is almost gone!
You return the Sentret. You have done all you can. Then you keep moving, Cyndaquil on your shoulder, the familiar comforting feeling of smooth gliding of roller blades along the pathway.

At the edge of route 29, the is a patch of berries. They are blue and round. You recognize them a s Oran Berries. You take as many as you can carry, give a few to Storm, and put them in a Ziplock bag.

Storm is being extremely brave and protective of you. But you can tell it is very tired from it's Blaze experience. And Sentret is healing up considerably from the Potion, according to the PokeDex.

You roller blade to the Pokemon Center, and tell the desk clerk you need two Pokemon to be looked at and taken care of if necessary. It is free, because the government pays for free healing for trainers. Then you go over to the food court and smell the delicious smell of FOOD. You order some stir fry veggies and rice, which cost 6 dollars. And a side of fries for 1 dollar.
You have about 100 saved up that you brought with you. You win more money by winning battles, though.
It also isn't free to rent a room, but oh well. You finish you meal and talk to the nurse taking care of Storm and Sentret.
"Your Pokemon should be just fine, dearie. It looks like Cyndaquil recently released a lot of power. It's body is exhausted! But I fed them both, as well."

You nod, feeling bad that you hadn't really noticed that Storm was tired much before. No wonder it kept sleeping.

"And Sentret is really hurt, but it WILL be fine. It has a lot of scars, though. What has it been fighting?"

"Umm, I found it being attacked by a metal Pidgey. It turned out to be a trainer name Lee Nightslasher. Do you know anything about him?"

"Yes in fact he came this way recently. We couldn't help heal up his robots, and he got angry! Then he told me his name and said he'd get revenge. It was creepy!"

"Oh. Well when can I take my Pokemon back?"

"Cyndaquil needs to rest. Sentret will need to be left in care with us.
You nod, taking back Cyndquil's Poke Ball as it is handed to you and immediately releasing him.

"Hi Storm! You feeling better?" Storm nods.

You thank the nurse, and go upstairs to your room. You are exhausted, but manage to brush you teeth before falling into bed.

You have a dreamless, peaceful night.

When you wake up, Storm is curled up on your lap.

You get ready and go downstairs with FireStorm. Sentret is all right, but it still has scratch marks all over it.
You have been thinking about what to name it....and you decide on, "I'll name you Scar!"
It's female, and it's a baby, but you are determined to make it into a fierce Pokemon. Also, it's ability is Run Away, but it could not run away from the Pidgey because it wasn't a real Pokemon!
Scar looks happy and seems to trust you. After all, you risked your life to save hers!

You just feel bad. Because storm has done you so many favors. And you've just pet him a couple of times. You giveFireStorm one last hug, thanking it again. Than...

Chikorita smiles.
"Yeah well, I'll be taking this now. I helped Chikorita bandage your cut. But I really must be going."
"Wait," you call as he runs off into the trees.
"What's your name?"
"Lee Nightslasher."
He calls off into the distance.
You have real bandages in your bag, which you quickly apply. Good thing mom made you bring the first aid kit. You think about relaxing and calling someone. Although your head is pounding from loss of blood, you will have to wait. You must keep going, it isn't far to Cherrygrove.
But when you try to stand up, within getting an inch off the ground, your head pounds.
Aura has fallen asleep in your lap. You look at your watch. It's nearing nighttime, and you still haven't eaten lunch.
You take your backpack, and pull out a power bar. You don't eat the berries, because you dont trust this, "Lee Nightwatcher." He let his metal Rat hurt you, then ran off!
You wonder what you should feed Chikorita?
You slice up an Apple with your dagger, and share with her, who likes it.

You are in the middle of the pathway to Cherrygrove, so decide to rest against a tree.Cjikorita helps you move your roller blades and backpack. Your trainer bag is separate and contains all of your trainer supplies.
Then you fall asleep under the shade of a tree, thinking, "Just a short nap."

You feel power seeping into you from all directions. Like cool wind but it moves slowly and sends WARM feelings up your body, even though it is cold. You hear noises in the distance, but you cannot tell if it is laughing or screaming!
Then you yell a battle cry and run towards the noises, only to find that you are near a cliff. You loose you footing, although you try to pull back at the last second. And scream as you wait for the impact of the rocks.

As you fall you feel that power surging through you. Your eyes are closed but it feels like icy flames are lapping at your face. Then when you are about to hit the ground, a tree cushions you. You breath a sigh of relief from within its branches.

You look at the three see through red on the top, blurry but clear on the bottom, balls in your hand. You realize that the ball with the light green creature is lighter than the others. You have studied Pokemon, relatively, and know that it is a Chikorita. A grass type. So, yeah the ball is light and leafy. The Chikorita is looking up at you with adorable eyes.
You hand the other two back to Professor Gary.
"I choose Chikorita!" You say officially.
"Ok than."

You don't really pay attention after that. You are too busy gocking at the blurry creature inside the smooth ball. You want to send it out, but you must wait.
The tall blond boy at the far end picks Totodile.
The boy next to you with slick black hair and cold yellowish/brown eyes chooses Cyndaquil.

The Professor gives you each a bag of supplies and A POKEDEX!!!!!!!!! It records all the data of Pokemon you catch. OMG this is amazing. The mini computer is red and about the size of your palm.You want to check it out, but you'll have to wait for that too.

Eventually, he sees you off, and as you walk out of the gate, you see Windy. OH YEAH OMG YOU FORGOT. She had a gift for you. Maybe it was a Pokemon. And she wanted to tell you something.
You approach her.
"Sorry sis, I was in a rush."

"S'okay Windy replies hastily. Her blond hair is a tangle. It look like she ran all the way here, maybe carrying something heavy....

You glance over at the two boys. They have started a battle, Totodile and Cyndaquil are clashing head on. You want to battle the winner of this so bad...

"Forest! This is important!" Windy leads you under a tree.
"Touch the tree, Forest."

Windy had asked for weirder things. You really want to get in on that battle so you just obey.

"What do you feel."

"I feel bark on my fingers"! You reply impatiently.

"I need you to focus. Quit goofing off, this is urgent!"
There really is a note of anger in her voice.

"Does the tree give you any kind of energy?"

You take a deep breath. You do love nature...it would be weird if you didn't, hence your name. There is something there...yes, energy.

"I--I feel it."
Windy nods.

"Forest, have you ever found it weird? Dad's name is Burny. I'm Windy. Your Forest."

"Mom's Molly."

"Yeah but us three." She waits. "Elements! Burny is fire. Windy is air. Forest is nature!"

"SO, then our parents named us weird things!'
Windy shakes her head impatiently.
"Do you know the real reason I like to travel in the mountains." She waits. "My fighting is better there. It is very windy. Dad became a fire gym leader. You, do you remember that time when we took you for a hike, and you pushed cousin Jake in the lake. He was fourteen, you were eight. And he was teasing you. You guys started having like a chicken fight. But then you got really mad. There was this arau of power about you . It was creepy. you let out a yell and grabbed him and pushed him in the creek!"
You do remember this.
"What's your point? you demand impatiently, aware that the battle is probably over.

"You were born under a tree, didn't mom and dad tell you that. Did she even tell you the reason her and dad divorced?"
You shake your head.
"You know what? This conversation is for another day. The point is. Be careful in the Forest." She pauses, choosing her words carefully. "You posses great Power there, but be careful. I'll call you Forest. But take this."
She brings out from her belt a dagger. About a foot long silver blade. Engraved with a gemstone.
"That is the rare blue emerald, Windy explains. Good luck." And she runs off. You are so stunned that all you can do is stare at the glinting blade in your hand.

You are walking along the pathway that leads to Cherrygrove city. You feel nervous when the dagger is around. You call it the blue emerald, you have decided.

You take out the Poke Ball, finally ready to introduce yourself to Chikorita. When you push the white button the Ball goes from the size of a grape the size of an apple!

Then a green light seeps out of the Poke Ball, forming a shape. Wherever the light seeps out, part of a yellow furry creature is formed. It take about 10 seconds. Then there is a blinking creature in front of you, looking as nervous as you feel.

"H-hi!" You take a deep breath and force your brain to relax. This Chikorita looks mellow, but you still don't want to upset it.

You could go for the "i am your trainer obey me" approach, but the great ash Ketchum, one of your biggest trainer heroes advice is to be friends with your Pokemon.

So you slowly lower you hand to the trembling creature. You put your hand against it's head. It's skin is smooth and silky, with spots. With fuzz like a peach. It has a giant leaf on the top of it's head and yellowish eyes.
Chikorita flinches at first but slowly relaxes a you stroke it's silky fur.
"Hi Chikorita. I'm your new Trainer. My name is Forest Star. I hope we'll be able to be friends!"
Chikorita looks at you, the nervousness in it's eyes deceased, it's mouth slightly upturned.
"I think I'll name you-" you continue before realizing you do not know Chikorita's gender. AWKWARD.
Then you realize you can CHECK THE POKEDEX.

You take it out and press the large black button on the front you assume is the power button. Sure enough the screen appears. It takes you a few minutes to figure it out, but eventually you scan Chikorita, which makes it a bit uncomfortable, "sorry," but tells you that it's a baby, it's a female, it's level five, and it knows Tackle and Growl. SWEET.

You spend the next hour walking along route 29, getting to know Chikorita. You keep trying to think of good names. "Leaf or Twig or Speckles or Blossom is too common...." you babble on, not even sure she can understand you.

She gets used to you. She is a shy creature, so she won't let you pick him up, but Chickorita walks obediently alongside you. You make sure not to let her fall behind, as she walks cautiously. You want to maintain a sturdy relationship with your new friend. Not one of fright or commanding. And not one of her not listening to you.
You are just about to take a lunch break when you hear a rustling in the bushes. Out comes......a Sentret. It is a baby. Very small. you are about to challenge it to battle when you realize it's running from something. That's when the giant Rat runs out from the undergrowth!

It is the biggest rattata you have ever seen! Most are maybe 8 inches at full grown, but this one is at least a foot and a half!

"Chickorita!" you command. But the little creature hides behind your legs. You don't blame her. She's not even the size of your head!

This is a story. No matter what choices you make, it has one plot line. But for Pokemon and battle and training decisions, you can make the choice. For major decisions, you can make the choice. And for battle choices. There are going to be a lot of red choices, which means that page is blank. If so, then YOU can writ it. If you dont have an account on Wikipedia, it doesn't even ask for your email, just a username and password. SO yeah, PLEASE HELP ME WRITE BATTLE AND POKEMON CHOICES. I WILL WRITE THE MAIN PLOT LINE.
But I'm only doing Forest's story for now.

I changed some battle rules. If your pokemon faints, you lose. that is the same, but usually, you just surrender before that happens. Or before they die or get seriously injured. Also, you cannot switch out when your opponent has a very advantageous situation, which the referie will determine. So like you cant switch out if your oponent is pinning you to the ground.

Pokemon: Switch out FireStorm

You return FireStorm to his Poke Ball.
Then you send out Scar, who has a bright white light when she is released.

You command a Scratch attack, but Wooper whips it's tail cutely, and Sentret lets her guard down. SO when the scratch attack hits, Wooper Water Guns Scar away.
The jet of water isn't sharp or pressurized. This kid is a rookie like you, and Scar takes the attack, shaking her fur from the water.
She is very weak though. That Tail Whip lowered her defense...
you just need to weaken Wooper however, so Storm can finish it.
Scar is commanded to run up for another Scratch.

"Now Wooper," Benjamin continues commanding, "Water Gun."

This time as Scar's sharp claws hit their mark, Wooper sends it flying from a close range water gun.
Sentret is looking bad. It tries to get up but is very tired.
Wooper stands over it, ready for another water gun, so you cannot switch out.
"I surrender!" you say, returning scar.
It had done it's job. Now Sentret is out of the battle for good. But Wooper winces from the scratches on it's face.

"Go, FireStorm!" you say, releasing the fire mouse. "Alright Storm, be careful."

"This time I'll attack! Wooper run up to it and use Water Gun!"

"Dodge it, Storm!" Cyndaquil manages to dodge it the first time, causing Wooper to waste a lot of energy. How much water does it have stored in it?

Then you realize something.
Last time you checked the Poke Dex Storm was level 6. And now it's probably level seven form beating Spearow.

It's worth a shot.

"Cyndaquil, use Smokescreen!"

Storm looks confused for about a split second. Then it opes it's mouth, and a whirl of black smoke is released into Wooper's face, who was trying to Water Gun Storm.

Now you have a strategy.

You wait till the smoke fades, then Tackle Wooper.

The smokescreen does not only temporarily blind you, but while you in it, coughing, your sense of perception is changed. Therefor, it is really hard, even with Benjamin's help, for Wooper to see or figure out what position Storm is in. So you see Wooper before it sees Storm.
You repeat this process until Wooper is dizzy and hurt, but Benjamin doesn't give up.
"We can do it! Water gun!"
The aim is totally off, but you admire his courage, as you finish Wooper off with a Tackle.
Benjamin looks heart Broken, but you congratulate him.
Your Pokemon are Ok, but you and Benjamin both get them checked up anyway. Benjamin starts talking.
"Well, you couldn't beat my sister! She's that older girl over there!"

The older girl. Yes.

"What rank is she?"

"Shes a warrior!"

"Wow!"

"All the ranks are: Rookie Trainer, Trainer, Warrior Trainer, Senior Trainer, and, Master trainer. Oh, and Grandmaster trainer, which only one trainer in the world can have the title of at a time."

"I know," you reply.

You were planning to battle her, but if she is a warrior, her Pokemon are probably like level 30+!

"What about him? you ask, pointing to the serious looking boy about your age.

"Oh him? Benjamin asks.
Uum, he's my sisters friend. Not boyfriend. He is 14. Shes 16. He's a full Trainer already. Even though he just started. You should battle him!"

You decide for your first official battle, not including with Lee, you want to start with FireStorm.
He takes out a Poke Ball too.

"1, 2, 3, go!"

You see the two Pokemon forming. Your light is blue, while his Pokemon's forming light is Red!

It's a Spearow, a bird Pokemon!

Spearow starts off with a Peck.
Storm takes the hit, but Tackles under your command as Spearow tries to fly away, pinning it to the ground!
Spearow Leers at Storm, even though it isn't really in a position to sneer. You command Storm to Leer back worse!

You know that a well trained Cyndaquil's back lights on fire in battle, but you'll have to work on that.....
Now your just stuck. Your holding Spearow down, but how can you Tackle it?

"Ha ha!" Even when I'm in the worse position, I, Benjamin prevail!"

"Actually, you don't have to use an official attack," you realize.
"Storm, bite it!"
Storm has little baby fangs, and bites down on Spearows neck, harder and harder.
"Ok, I surrender!" Benjamin admits, returning Spearow by pointing his poke ball at it, and holding down the white button. He can't switch out while the opponent is in the upper hand position. It's against the rules. SO he has to surrender before Spearow gets very hurt.

Spearow is now out of the battle for good. "A good trainer knows when to surrender, before there Pokemon gets seriously injured....or worse. Good job Benjamin!"

"What's YOUR name?" he asks you.

"Forest. Now whats your next Pokemon?"

"This is my bestest partner, that no one can beat!" he says in a little kid voice that makes you feel a twinge of pity for him. But you HAVE to try your hardest!

"Go, Wooper!"

No! A water Pokemon. Bad news for a fire type like Storm. Even worse, a fire/ground Poekmon! Storm is double weak!

You can't switch out if your opponent has you in a bad position, so you should switch Firestorm out NOW and save him for later.
But then again, maybe you should just take you chances and use Scar for backup?

Pokemon: Switch out FireStorm

Foreststar:

You return FireStorm to his Poke Ball.
Then you send out Scar, who has a white light when it is released.

You command a scratch attack, but wooper whips it's tail cutely, and Sentret lets it's guard down. SO when the scratch attack hits, Wooper water guns Scar away.
The jet of water isn't sharp of pressurized. This kid is a rookie like you, and scar takes the attacks, shaking it's fur from the water.
It is very weak though. that tail whip lowered it's defense...
you just need to weaken wooper however, so storm can finish it.
Scar s comanded to run up fro another scratch.

"Now wooper," benjamin continues commanding, "water gun."

This time as scar's sharp claws hit their mark, Wooper sends it flying from a close range water gun.
Sentret is looking bad. It tries to get up but is very tired.
Wooper stands over it, ready for another water gun, so you cannaot switch out.
"I surrender!" you say, returning scar.
It had done it' jobs. Wooper winces from the scratches on it's face.

"Go, FireStorm!" you say, releasing the fire mouse.
"Alright Storm, be careful."

"This time I'll attack! Wooper run up to it and use water gun!"

"Dodge it, Storm!" Cyndaquil manages to dodge it the first time, causing Wooper to waste a lot of energy. How much water does it have stored in it?

Then you realize something.
Last time you checked the Poke Dex Storm was level 6. And now it's probably level seven form beating Spearow.

It's worth a shot.

"Cyndaquil, use Smokescreen!"

Storm looks confused for about a split second. Then it opes it's mouth, and a whirl of black smoke is realeased into Wooper's face, who was trying to water gun Storm.

Now you have a strategy.

You wait till the smoke fades, then tackle wooper. The smokescreen soes not only temperarily blind you, but while you in it, coughing , your sense of perception is changed. Therefor, it is really hard, even with Benjamin's help, for wooper to see or figure out what position Storm is in. So you see Wooper before it sees storm.
You repeat this process until Wooper is dizzy and hurt, but Benjamin soesn't give up.
"We can do it! Water gun!"
The aim is totally off, but you admire his courage, as you finish Wooper off with a Tackle.
Benjamin looks heart Broken, but you congratulate him.
Your Pokemon are Ok, but you and Benjamin both get them checked up anyway. Benjamin starts talking.
"Well, you couldn't beat my sister! She's that older girl over there!"

The older girl. Yes.

"What rank is she?"

"Shes a warrior!"

"Wow!"

All the ranks are" Rookie Trainer, Assistant Trainer, Warrior Trainer, Senior Trainer, and, Master trainer. Oh, and Grandmaster trainer, which only one trainer in the world can have the title of at a time.

You were planning to battle her, but if she is a warrior, her Pokemon are probably like level 30+!"

"What about her? you ask, pointing to the serious looking girl about your age.

"Oh her? Benjamin asks.
uum, he's my sisters friend Not boyfriend. He is 14. Shes 16. He's a rookie too. Just started. You should battle him!"

Pokemon: Start the battle with Cyndaquil

You decide for your first official battle, not including with Lee, you want to use Storm.
He takes out a Poke Ball too.

"1, 2, 3, go!"

You see the two Pokemon forming. your light is blue, while his Pokemon's forming light is Red!

It's a Spearow, a bird Pokemon!

Spearow starts off with a Peck.
Storm takes the hit, but tackles under your command as Spearow tries to fly away, pinning it to the ground!
Spearow Leers at Storm, even though it isn't really in a position to sneer. You command Storm to Leer back worse!

You know that a well trained Cyndaquil's back lights on fire in battle, but you'll have to work on that.....
Now your just stuck. Your holding Spearow down, but how can you Tackle it?

"Ha ha!" Even when I'm in the worse position, I, Benjamin prevails!"

"Actually, you don't have to use an official attack," you realize.
"Storm, bite it!"
Storm has little fangs, and bites down on Spearows neck, harder and harder.
"Ok, I surrender!" Benjamin admits, returning Spearow by pointing his poke ball at it, and holding down the white button. Hhe can't switch out while the opponent is in the upper hand position. It's against the rules. SO he has to surrender.

Spearow is now out of the battle for good. "A good trainer knows when to surrender, before there Pokemon gets seriously injured....or worse. Good job Benjamin!"

"What's YOUR name?" he asks you.

"Forest. Now whats your next Pokemon?"

"This is my bestest partner, that no one can beat!" he says in a little kid voice that makes you feel a twinge of pity for him. But you HAVE to try your hardest!

"Go, Wooper!"

No! A water Pokemon. Bad news for a fire type like Storm. Even worse, a fire/ground Poekmon! Storm is doubley weak!

You can't switch out if your opponent has you in a bad position, so you should switch Firestorm out and save him for later.
But then again, maybe you should take you chances and use Scar for backup?
