Would you be interested in moving the project to its own domain and server? It's become painfully clear EditThis is not capable of supporting the project's infrastructure and is hindering the continued growth of the project. I've noticed several issues which are causing problems for CYOS:

* The throttling is disrupting both readers and writers from fully enjoying the stories.
* Excessive abuse filters are causing administrative issues for you.

* Extremely outdated MediaWiki installation which hasn't been updated in nearly 8 years.

:Ya, it's just the actual lead administrator isn't reachable and appears to have abandoned the project years ago for you to run. There's really nothing stopping the members of the community from getting up and moving their stories and content to a new website that's actually managed and has the features CYOS needs. For example, I think an actual notification system (see the Echo extension available for MediaWiki) would be helpful for writers to keep track of new story developments. There are lots of useful features available to newer versions of MediaWiki. I think also thinking of a client-side story customization tool, which would allow readers to customize the names and other parameters of stories without changing the story for everyone else. Okay, I have asked Teejay, but, he isn't really that strong in critiquing. I have been trying to write my Masochist me, and been hung up on my training. I am enjoying writing it alot, and trying to make sure that the reader actually understand sex, as opposed to some of the stuff that ends up in the stories on here. But, I was thinking. I am wondering, should I even bother writing this? I mean, the entire story, while it will have some vanilla sex in it, and might use a little of the current material I am writing as fodder, it is not really "the story". I realize that there are many stories here that have inconsistencies, and go off on some side thing that have nothing to do with the plot, but I am wondering if there is any use in all this research and writing. It helps, slightly, to highlight the main character, show the reader what she is like, what she is experiencing, and compares and contrasts some of the differences between her and a normal, vanilla woman, so I know it isn't completely pointless. I am also having fun researching the different steps in sex, and trying to teach the reader about human sexuality, but it is not an educational story either. Can you let me know your thoughts? Is my The teacher part of the story pointless, a waste of time, etc? Will readers even care about this part, since they are probably coming to the story to read about a woman being slapped and hit, tied and bound, tortured and humiliated? I mean, to me, this feels needed, just to get the users to think about the world she is living in, and about who she is herself. But, well, I am not the other readers on this site. Am I going to far, and should stick to simple, "I moaned as the paddle fell across my ass, red welt left behind. He grabbed my hair, forcing my head up from across his knee, and held my gaze to his. "Are you going to be good now, or do you need more?" I shot him my best defiant look. "Well, in that case," with that, he stopped talking, shoved me back over his knee and brought the belt down over and over and over again. Well, finished changing the ages in Hot & Horny on the Jessica path. All her pages should show her as 21 now. I was going to start the Miranda path, and I changed a few of the ages, but not up for reading them, and stopped making the changes. Some of the story lines just sound too much like the 6 year old that it originally was, and I find it creepy. Guess I will let you or someone else change her stuff. Sadly, the Josh stuff with Jessica was okay, but I didn't like the part where she goes into her parents bedroom. Not really something I am interested in, not with the tone and way the writer made it. I sort of lost it when I saw the "I'm about to pop an egg". Stopped reading and just edited the age only. I mean, I have seen stupid lines, but really? wtf is that? Wish the writers could at least try to "imagine" what a real woman might say... Tonight I posted, underneath the subject "Voicing my Concerns:"

We are all gonna be wrecked if a large group of vandals attack, dealing widespread damage to all our pages. We have over 100,000 articles, which means lots of prey to vandals. The can plague us with bad grammer, blanking our hard-worked stories, shredding user pages, and most of all, ruining things before the only active sysop comes on to discover that about 1,000 pages have been ruined. As he tries to duct tape them back together while swinging his ban-hammer at the vandals to perma-block them, we are left with everything ruined.

Also, think about how much damage they can do to us that we won't know about. They might have underage sex stories that we can't reach because they aren't listed, or maybe have ruined hundreds of stories that people don't read. Thus, it will take forever to repair the damage. If vandals attack us, we have one active sysop, a sysadmin that is difficult to contact, and a sysadmin that likes to not log in! We are sitting here as prey. '''''PREY!!''''' Just as Arya is about to slam the door closed Bran slams into her and they tumble to the floor. The door hits the wall and rebounds itself into closing and Arya is left with Bran laying on top of her making it impossible to escape now that he is latched onto her. His arms wrapped around her back as they breathe heavily on each others face. The warmth of his breath tickled her cheek as they stared into each others eyes.

"Got you" Bran says proudly as he drops his head beside her softly brushing her ear which sends shivers throughout her body.

"So you did. What happens now brother?" She says teasingly as she shifts slightly trying to at least get comfortable with the additional weight on top of her since Bran refuses to let go now that he has her in his grip.

"I deserve a reward don't I? You most certainly made me work for it" He replies mimicking her tone.

It was then that Arya began to notice that their was something hard rubbing against her leg which only seemed to be getting larger. She shifts her leg slightly to ease the growing pressure on her leg but that caused Bran to slip in between her legs and the lump was now pressed up against her vagina rubbing softly against her as Bran breathes in and out. The slow rubbing sends shivers up Arya's spine and small groans escape her lips unwittingly.

"Bran. What are you doing?" She gasps slightly as her begins to rub harder into her, the tear in her dress allowing him to directly rub on her underwear.

Arya makes a sudden dash to the left down the corridor and takes the staircase up two steps at a time. She can feel herself breathing heavily and the exhaustion of the strenuous activity starts to kick in. Luckily Bran also seems to be suffering the same fate and Arya makes a last ditch effort to reach the door. He seems like he's determined to see this through and unlike last time he chased Arya he throws himself up the stairs. He even manages to gain some ground.

Bran takes aim and misses the shot by a few meters. Arya sees her chance and takes aim. calming her breathing as she judges the appropriate angle she releases the arrow making a soft whistle as the arrows flies and hits the centre of the target. Bran seems stunned for a bit then turns around noticing her. Arya pokes her tongue at him before taking off quickly in the direction of Winterfell, both her giggles and the laughter of Robb and Theon erupt throughout the courtyard. She could hear Bran's footsteps hit against the cobblestones as he chased her in hot pursuit of his quarry.

Trying to get him off the trail she darts into the kitchen causing servants and cooks to dodge out of the way in a panic as she twists and weaves her way through, knocking a few objects off the shelf to hinder Bran. As she makes to the end of the room though she gets caught on a skewer that wedged itself in a draw causing her dress to tear which causes her to stumble letting Bran catch some ground.

As Robb starts to get back into teaching Bran again you notice a bow and a quiver full of arrows on the stand next to you. Maybe they'll let you practice archery as well if you show them how much of a good shot you are after all that secret training you've been doing at night...
