There are several other "true" endings to the Adventure, not to mention an entirely different story in which you play as a Sniper. Ending D is one of the worse endings you can get as it means you have failed as a spy and single handedly cause the end of spying as we know it. You can try to get the other endings as well; but be warned, at your current rate of decision making, it won't be easy.
