Head to Seaside Town

Following the words of the 3 Friars, you walk into a town that has been scarred by war. Like, literally. There is this HUGE scar in the Earth. Walking around, you see if anyone around here knows of a guy named Dude. Nobody knows his whereabouts.
Finally, you reach a huge building which you can guess is the capital building. You walk inside to see 11 people behind a desk, all with a worried look.
"Hey guys, my name is Guy and I'm looking for a guy named Dude." you ask.
"Dude? Our general? Why, last we heard, he was killed in the field."
Oh great you think.
"Adventurer, I see that you may have come to help us. Here, take this. We are in the middle of a war and you can help us out."
The man shoves a note into your hands and you walk off.
