You continue to turn on the doorknob to no avail. Then you realize you were turning it the wrong way. The door opens.

Inside, you see Miranda sitting on the toilet. Naked from the waist down, her pants and panties lay in a pile. Only the side of Miranda's rear is visible. She kicks her feet, which dangle above the bathroom floor. A foul stench identifies her business in the room.

It doesn't take long for your sister to realize you're in the bathroom with her. "Privacy please!" she says as she turns her head towards you.
