On your way to the hospital you discover a world swallowed in depravity and horror.
Your father is speechless, your mother is crying, Kayleen is taking care of sleeping Kaylee. Twice your SUV is targeted by vampire and twice you repel the attacks. When eventually you reach the hospital your sabre is covered in vampire blood.
The door is guarded by a couple of policemen heavily equipped with shotguns and riot armours.
"Has any of you been bitten?" they ask.
"Why?".
"Nobody that was bitten enters the hospital, it's already complicated enough to fight those outside, we have to keep the hospital a vampire free zone." The cops point their guns at you.
"That girl's infected. Now, either you leave the girl here and let us shoot her or you get the fuck out of here". They add.
You look at your sword, look at the cops, at your sword again.
And that's when all hell breaks loose.
You hear a howling behind you, you turn around to see half a dozen vampires charging the entrance.
