You turn to leave, but feel a tingiling sensation on your back. Spinning around, you see the creature on the throne standing and grinning at you. The sensation spreads and feels like you are caught in a thorn bush. You raise your sword and rush at the creature, but before you can get 5 feet, you are reduced to a pile of grey ashes on the floor.
