You wake up in what appears to be a hospital room. You are surrounded by other humans (something you did not expect) who appear to be worshiping you.

A boy no older then 12 explains "AT LAST! You shall save us! I am Smom; fallow me and I shall show you what I mean!"

He then asks you to fallow him.
