Elves are much like humans, but with a few key differences. Firstly, elves are much slimmer framed. They also have pointy ears, and sharper features. Typically, they're about the same height range as humans are. The elven species yields fewer dunces than humanity, however, also fewer geniuses. Let's get more specific to iron out your character.
