Other than the slice in the neck, there are quite a few stab wounds in the back. They go all the way through the body, out the front. Like the slice wound in the neck, they are congruent with a kitchen knife blade. There are also a few cuts on the back of the body, tearing up the clothes. No other wounds are apparent on the body.
